Since secondary school, I knew my dream job was somewhere in the creative industry, so I enrolled into Temasek Polytechnic's Communication Design via EAE. Through sheer will and hard work, I graduated as the 2021 Valedictorian.
Not only did I learn valuable technical skills from my diploma, but I also gained many friends and experiences, such as my internship at Why? Brand Design, and winning a bronze medal at World Skills Singapore.
Winning a medal and being vice-president of the Design Student Ambassadors were apparently side-quests in this grand adventure, because I was also a part-time designer at Jump Grades Education!
During my holidays, I would be designing brand guidelines, collaterals, editing videos, creating social media posts and designing newsletter templates for a variety of businesses under Jump Grades, such as Master Principles of Accounts, EduTech Productions, Weds.Sg, Our Sandwich Generation and Asian Family Business.
Eventually, I was credited as the Lead Designer in MPOA's latest edition of study guides, where I illustrated visuals and made design templates for a team of designers.

I'm currently on my journey in NTU Art, Design & Media.
To expand my capabilities in graphic design, I joined the Interactive Media specialisation to add programming, interaction, and space design to my skill sets.
Since my polytechnic life was filled with academics and extracurriculars, I'm also trying to take it easy and enjoy life inside and outside University - such as visiting museums, exhibitions, and creating unforgettable experiences with my friends.
